Many glass processing activities require heating:
Drying screen print on car windows
Cutting laminated glass
Drying of Paint and Coating on Glass and mirrors
Bending glass
Heating glass
Manufacturers can benefit from utilizing infrared heating in glass processing activities:
1. Energy saving: A large portion of the thermal energy generated by the IR heaters is used to heat the glass and losses are minimal because glass easily absorbs the wavelength range that medium wave infrared heaters emit.
2. Fast heating speed: The precision control offered by infrared equipment then allows for a fast and accurate heating process that can be completed in a matter of minutes.
3. Cost saving: With the high level of control offered by infrared systems, energy can be targeted to specific areas, this helps decrease cycle times and increase production capacity.
4. Our infrared heating lamp can be customized for production with different lengths, different heating temperatures, and different heating structures according to the size of the glass and the requirements of the temperature ladder.
The maximum length can be up to 6 meters long and the working life of medium wave infrared lamps can be more than 10000 hours. Welcome to inquiry our quality infrared heat lamp.
China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition (China Glass), which was founded by the Chinese Ceramic Society in 1986, is held in Beijing and Shanghai alternately once a year. It is the largest professional exhibition in the glass industry within the Asia-Pacific region.
Traffic instruction Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC) is located in the Pudong New Area of Shanghai and is easily accessible using many means of transport.
